The Traveller

A wine tour with one of the Hunter Valley’s premier operators to visit local boutique cellar doors, distillery and a gourmet cheese stop with tasting fees included. Pick up and drop off at the door.

Full Day Tour $180pp – 4 visits to boutique cellar doors and distillery plus a cheese stop. Lunch at own expense.
Half day Tour $130 – 3 boutique cellar door visits.

The Cheesemaker

A selection of the Hunter Valley’s finest cheeses and antipasto delicacies; local salami, olives, marinated vegetables, fresh fruit and artisan crackers.

The Fisherman

A gourmet cold seafood platter sourced from Newcastle’s finest suppliers. Produce is seasonal and may include fresh local prawns, Sydney rock oysters, shellfish, baby octopus and/or smoked salmon. Served with seafood sauce and fresh lemon.
