Package Add-Ons

Ceremony Adornment Package: $950

Vintage, bohemian (and a little bit country!), our gorgeous, timeless styling package includes stunning silk flower and foliage arrangements, ceremony signage for guests, your choice of either our gorgeous art deco 1920s blush loveseat Mabel or our 1950s vintage chocolate loveseat Hazel, signing table, antique Persian carpet runner, candles and votives, timber rounds, beautiful vintage trinkets as well as optional parasols for your guests on those sunny days. We always mix and match inclusions to ensure our styling compliments your florals and overall colour scheme perfectly. This package includes the installation and removal of all decorations.

Bridal Hair and Make-Up: $470

We can arrange bridal hair and make-up by our award-winning mobile stylist Gloss Girl Bridal Story in the comfort of your beautiful surrounds at Goosewing Cottage. Hair and make-up trials and touch-up kits are available at an additional cost. We can also cater for other clients on the day as needed, including bridesmaids, mother of the bride/s, mother of the groom/s, family members, children and other guests. Trials are also available subject to availability for an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.

Videography: from $1190

Goosewing Showcase Reel by Hunter Valley Video

Let our incredible team from Hunter Valley Video or Amico Films capture the beauty and magic of your wedding day with their stunning videography services. As guest numbers at elopements are often limited to a handful of family members and many couples opt to have no guests in attendance at all, this is a great opportunity to capture and share your special day with others who may not be present on the day, and of course as an invaluable keepsake and heirloom to view again and again, and to treasure forever with your family and friends.  Your videography service includes:

  • 2 hours film coverage
  • Wedding ceremony captured in its entirety including all audio AND/OR
  •  3-4 minute cinematic highlight film (including 1 fully licenced song)
  • Drone footage (weather permitting) at no extra cost exclusively for Goosewing couples
  • Delivered digitally via Vimeo link (Amico Films) or Personalised Online Portal (Hunter Valley Video)

Bespoke Wedding Album: From $950

Cherish your special day forever with your fully customised wedding album with personalised photo cover including 30 10” x 10” pages (or 15 double spreads) and featuring stunning photos of your choice, or entrust our photographers to select the images that best tell your story. Available with either of our photographers, Adam or Matt.

Nibbles and Bubbles: $90 per head

Weddings are thirsty work! Allow us to feed and water your guests following the ceremony while you enjoy your photo shoot on the stunning grounds at Goosewing Cottage. Our gorgeous platters include an assortment of locally produced soft and hard cheeses, artisan flatbread, farm fresh fruit and chutneys. We can also provide award-winning Hunter Valley sparkling wine for your post-wedding toast. Prices include 1 hour’s service and are a per head charge based on your total number of adult guests (not including newlyweds):

Nibbles Only: $50 per head (minimum 10 guests)

Bubbles Only: $50 per head (minimum 5 guests – your 3 choices of local sparkling, white, red, rose, beer and/or soft drink)

Nibbles & Bubbles: $90 per head (minimum 10 guests)

Guest Seating

If you opt to marry with family and friends by your side, we can arrange our stunning miss-matched vintage timber chairs for the added comfort of your guests throughout the ceremony. Cost includes the set up and pack down of chairs.

Fresh Rose Petal Confetti

Our gorgeous fresh rose petal confetti means your guests can sprinkle the love on your special day! Presented in a vintage basket perfect for sharing with the ones you love, our fresh petal tosses are enviro-friendly and encourage your guests to get involved, creating incredible photo opportunities, and moments like these you’ll never forget!
