For added flexibility and choice, we offer five different packages to suit all vibes, budgets and preferences; our basic Gumnut Package, our easy Paper Daisy Package, our standard Sweet Pea Package, our deluxe Wild Rose Package and our premium King Protea Package. We’re also happy to mix and match where possible to create a package that is perfect for you, and we offer a number of add-on options that are available with each package. Just select the package that best suits the two of you, add-ons, your preferred accommodation, photographer and celebrant, and we’ll do the rest.

Our basic GUMNUT PACKAGE includes;

• Your relaxed and intimate wedding ceremony for just the two of you (no guests), held in a gorgeous natural setting on the stunning grounds of Goosewing Cottage
• Your personal elopement planner to coordinate and oversee all aspects of your ceremony
• The services of our award-winning photographer (Adam from Cavanagh Photography), including a 2 hour photo shoot and unlimited digital photos on your own personal online gallery ready to download, save, print and share, in both colour and black and white
• Our warm, experienced celebrant to support you throughout the marriage journey, including customised vows and all legal paperwork
• Signing table, love seat and a complimentary bottle of bubbles
• Your personalised ceremony music playlist and our sound system
• Both witnesses provided

Gumnut Package: $3595

Add-On options are available with this package:

+ Add up to 5 ceremony guests (children aged 3 years and under are not included in numbers): $300

Our Gumnut package is available Monday to Wednesday only, subject to availability.

Our easy PAPER DAISY PACKAGE includes;

• Your relaxed and intimate wedding ceremony in a gorgeous natural setting including 2 hours venue hire, held on the stunning grounds of Goosewing Cottage – for just the 2 of you or with the additional option of up to 20 guests for $50 per head (please note: we are strict on this maximum, but the newlyweds and small children aged 3 years and under are not included in your total guest numbers)
• Your personal elopement planner to coordinate and oversee all aspects of your ceremony, from planning the finer details to liaising with all team members to being present onsite to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day
• The services of one of our two award-winning photographers (either Cavanagh Photography or Matts Photography), including a 2 hour shoot and unlimited digital photos on your own personal online gallery ready to download, save, print and share, in both colour and black and white
• Our warm, experienced bespoke celebrant to support you throughout the marriage journey, including customised vows and all legal paperwork
• Your personalised ceremony playlist of music played via our sound system
• 2 nights mini-moon accommodation for 1 couple in our stunning Cottage or 2 nights accommodation for up to 4 guests in our more spacious Homestead with private pool

Our standard SWEET PEA PACKAGE includes;

• Your relaxed and intimate wedding ceremony in a gorgeous natural setting including 2 hours venue hire, held on the stunning grounds of Goosewing Cottage – for just the 2 of you or for up to 20 guests (please note: we are strict on this maximum, but the newlyweds and small children aged 3 years and under are not included in your total guest numbers)

• Videography services by Hunter Valley Video or Amico Films with 2 hours wedding coverage, full ceremony edit and/or a 3-4 minute highlight film delivered via USB
• Premium, fully customised florals by our stylist Melanie from Mayflowers Vintage Florist, including a private phone or face to face consultation
• Our complimentary gourmet Cheesemaker (cheese and antipasto) platter for the newlyweds to enjoy during their stay
• Complimentary chocolates and a bottle of local sparkling wine for newlyweds on arrival

*Please note, the King Protea package with Amico Films includes the 3-4 minute highlights film ONLY as a standard. A $600 surcharge applies for Amico Films bookings when both the full ceremony edit AND 3-4 minute highlights film are chosen as part of the King Protea package.
